Oh what beautiful weather we have been having, perfect for evening, golden hour shoots, these are right up there with newborn shoots as my favourite type of shoot to do, this type of shoot absolutely suits all ages but highly recommended for toddlers and up as they rarely feel like they are in a shoot, it feels like play to them, and you have someone documenting you playing outside with your little ones, this is often missed out as Mum or Dad is usually behind the camera not in front of it!

This was a Gift voucher session, newborn photos are such a lovely gift but I always advise the person buying to ask whether the customer actually wants a newborn shoot, newborn shoots are a couple of hours long and it can be daunting for a first time mum to have a stranger in their home handling their baby when they didn't ask for the shoot.... Luckily this family did want the session and adore the photos... The Dad LOVES Batman so we even got some themed shots too - shooting in the customers home doesn't have to be restrictive - ask for those shots, push the boundaries and I know you will love the outcome Nicky - Weymouth Newborn Photographer xoxo    I cant believe I have been in business for almost 7 years now!! Last week this lovely family came to see me, I went to school with the dad Lewis, and the mum Natalie owns Lush balloons in Weymouth, Lush Balloons caters for all kinds of events including Weddings and children's parties, you should go check her out! Fabulous balloons and Nat is just lovely :) Well, Nat brought along one of her balloons to incorporate in the baby shoot, I just love the results, Lewis is a motocross rider too, so we included that in the shoot and big sister Leni was brilliant for her age, got some beautiful shots, Congrats again Nat and Lewis xx 
I first photographed this family over 2 years ago for their youngest daughters' newborn shoot, I was delighted when they asked me to photograph their wedding at Kingston Maurward, the day went beautifully, Emma and James were a joy to work with, Congratulations again Mr & Mrs Thomas xx 
This lovely family came in recently and she got to try out some new props! Here is a few from her shoot from my studio in Lynch Lane Offices… Don't leave it too late to book in during this busy time period :)     I first photographed this family at the beginning of the year, then baby boy no 3 arrived and they came in the studio last week, little George ended up staying in hospital for a little longer than expected so it was lovely to meet him and he was a little super star! Whole shoot done in just over an hour :) Welcome to the world little man - Congrats Aimee and Lee xx 
So a few months ago I met Kim and Dan, they wanted some maternity images done and it was in good time as Kim went into Labour about 2 weeks after the shoot! A lot of mums don't feel very photogenic whilst pregnant, but I really think it's a lovely thing to have as a keepsake of your pregnancy - I offer a huge discount on the maternity shoot if booked with the newborn shoot….here are some of their images, Kim looked stunning xx

I met this beautiful baby last month, she was born very early so her mummy was very pleased to be able to get Newborn Photos at 10 weeks old…Bethany spent a long time in SCBU, the staff there are amazing - I was very privileged to meet her, check out this little beauty xx        |
