So its a record, I did my last blog post a month ago and despite it being my busiest month this year, I am back to write another one! 

August & September have been amazing for me, I have had more website enquiries for newborns in Weymouth and I have truly felt valued.  I cannot thank my customers enough, so many have ordered wall art too!

They have given me Facebook reviews and I haven't even asked them too, all shares, likes, recommendations help small businesses so much in this every changing market.  Yesterday I concentrated on making instagram reels, every day is a school day as they say :)

This was a Gift voucher session, newborn photos are such a lovely gift but I always advise the person buying to ask whether the customer actually wants a newborn shoot, newborn shoots are a couple of hours long and it can be daunting for a first time mum to have a stranger in their home handling their baby when they didn't ask for the shoot.... Luckily this family did want the session and adore the photos... The Dad LOVES Batman so we even got some themed shots too - shooting in the customers home doesn't have to be restrictive - ask for those shots, push the boundaries and I know you will love the outcome

I first photographed this family at the beginning of the year, then baby boy no 3 arrived and they came in the studio last week, little George ended up staying in hospital for a little longer than expected so it was lovely to meet him and he was a little super star! Whole shoot done in just over an hour :) Welcome to the world little man - Congrats Aimee and Lee xx

A few weeks ago a lovely family came into my weymouth studio who I know well! It was my sisters brother in law! They have had a beautiful baby boy and it was such a pleasure to photograph them as a family of 4 now..

I met this lovely family a few weeks ago now and only just got round to blogging their beautiful photos! She had a while of being awake, but managed to get some lovely ones of her big eyes, then she fell asleep in the end :)

Before Xmas I met Gaby and her beautiful boys! I can now blog them as Christmas has gone! This was one of my last mobile sessions at the clients home….

Every year I do Mini shoots before christmas, they make fab presents for grandparents! and they are not xmas themed, so they can be displayed all year round, had a lovely set of families through the door this year and I have decided to do one more set of mini's....so if you are undecided, take a look at these :) Nicky x
