The terms and conditions that are laid out below are in place to ensure the photography work taken out by Nicky Peters-Nel is completely transparent and no misunderstandings take place in any way with regards to the products or services offered.
All bookings are accepted with an understanding that the terms and conditions below are agreed with. Where the terms state ‘photographer’ they are referring to Nicky Peters-Nel.
All sessions are undertaken to the best of the photographer’s abilities and all efforts will be made to fulfil the photographs requested by the client where possible. NPN Photography cannot be held responsible for photographs that could not be taken due to time constraints or other unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure. Additional time can be requested at the time of the booking or during the shoot to fulfil any extra photographs, subject to the availability of the photographer. Should the availability of the photographer be compromised for any unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or accident, then every effort will be made to ensure the photographer is available for the requested date. If not then the shoot shall be rescheduled and if that is not convenient then a full refund shall be given to the client and no further liability will be incurred by NPN Photography.
All photographs remain the property of NPN Photography and all copyright is retained by NPN Photography at all times unless otherwise stated. Copying of the disk is not permitted, and copying of any printed material is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and client has paid in full. Copying from this website is strictly forbidden.
NPN Photography retains the right to use any photographs taken for promotional material, digital or printed without further permission sought unless the client has informed otherwise. Photographs will not be sold to a third party without written permission.
Editing of the photos is at discretion of the photographer, any additional editing requests will only be taken out if the photographer is happy with the request. Photographs can be cropped at the discretion of the photographer, please be aware that when requesting photographs in different dimensions to the originals some cropping may occur.
All products are placed only when full payment has been received and on the understanding that the ordered product is non-refundable. If you are unhappy with any products from NPN Photography every effort will be made to rectify the issue, but please be aware that any changes may be subject to a fee. Please note that all computer monitors are calibrated differently and the final print may differ slightly in colour or brightness from what you see on the monitor. NPN Photography takes no responsibility of prints that are printed from a low quality printer from the CD, to maintain the quality of the image use a reputable printing company. Locations deemed unstable or unsuitable will not be used. Transport costs will be charged to the client if it’s outside the 25 mile radius of DT3 6HJ postcode of Weymouth.
A £45 non refundable booking fee must be paid 14 days before the session, the booking fee will be lost should the client cancel. However the client may reschedule 7 days before the date booked should unforeseen circumstances arise such as illness or accident. If the photographer feels that the body of work is not sufficient within the time scale of the session, then a photo shoot will be rescheduled free of charge. Any additional products may be paid for when the photos have been viewed. There is a £100 minimum spend. Admin fees will occur if the client lets the gallery expire passed the sufficient time...there will be a £25 reactivation fee.
